IMDB reports that Hitchcock collaborator and Oscar nominated screenwriter John Michael Hayes died Nov. 19th. Can anyone confirm?

David Lee

Once again, IMDB reports that someone in the industry has died, but there are no reports in the mainstream press. Oscar-winning editor David Lee supposedly passed away in Panama City, Panama on October 16th.

According to PLayback Magazine, Mr. Lee has indeed passed away. Here is a link to the article confirming Mr. Lee's death.

Don Hulette

IMDB reports that composer and director Donald Hulette (Breaker, Breaker) died in Los Angeles on October 19. So far, I've not found any confirming info. Your help as always is appreciated!

Roberta Collins Update Part 2

I was contacted by Roberta Collins' sister Lois. She was not happy with the obituary I posted here and at EInsiders.com. She forwarded me a copy of Ms. Collins' death certificate which states the cause of death as Myocardial Infarction. She also admitted to me that Ms. Collins' husband told her the same things my source told me concerning Ms. Collins' last day. However her sister did not believe him.

Some new information that Lois did provide is that there was no autopsy. A doctor signed the death certificate the same day at the funeral home. Lois had some definate ideas about how this was accomplished.

In the meantime, I double checked my sources and stand by what I wrote in the original obituary.

James Gavin

IMDB reports that character actor James Gavin died. Again, I'm at a loss to find confirmation. I have a murder trial coming up at the end of this month, so my time for extra research is limited. Any help would be appreciated.

Maurice Dunster

IMDB has reported that actor Maurice Dunster died on September 12. He was also Keifer Sutherland's long time assistant. I've been unable to confirm this one. Anybody out there lend a hand?
